Since 1936, a variety of individuals have joined the Credit Union to make up its current membership. Throughout the years, members have been included from a number of other Credit Unions, certain employer groups and now to certain communities and/or Counties. As we currently stand, Viriva members range in age from newborn to 100 years old and include any one or more of the following associations and communities:

Staff:

Our current staff is made up of a variety of individuals. Some employees have recently started with our new branch, while others have been on board with the Credit Union throughout many changes at Viriva. Our staff strives to provide you with excellent service in today's challenging financial environment. Meet our People.

Board of Directors:

Our current Board of Directors is made up of volunteers who have been elected by the general membership to their position. As is the case with many Boards, this group of individuals governs much of the Credit Union's operations. Over the years, as Viriva has evolved, the Board members have also changed. This is to ensure that the volunteers acting as Board members are a fair sampling of our members and represent the various geographical areas, as well as employee groups we serve, both in the past and present.

A different aspect of our Board, is that they are all volunteer and are all members of Viriva. Since there is no monetary compensation for our Board, the Credit Union is able to ensure that all matters addressed within the Credit Union are done in the best interest of its members, regardless of the amount someone has on deposit in their account.
